The Main Menu (left panel) shows the knowledgebase categories when you expand "Knowledgebase". Browse the IT Knowledgebase hierachy and click a link.
Note for any outsource service desks: consider listing items you may potentially support in multiple places – different clients will want to categorize things differently. You can assign a master categorization schema to each article on a client-to-client basis. This way, when a frontline agent takes a case, they can browse to an article as they classify it, but the case will use the master categorization schema.
