Other Apps

This subcategory includes all applications that do not fall under one of the other software subcategories. A service desk should list the most common "Other Applications", and include "Other (Specify!)" or something similar for anything not listed. One can use a custom field to add unlisted Product-Types. If reports find a commonly listed "Other (Specify!)" application, add it to the available Product-Types. For example, one might list these Product-Types:

• 7-Zip
• Inkscape
• Nero
• Other (Specify!)
